5. Exchange Policy
At Grabaggs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Period: Bags are eligible for exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Item: The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice, receipt, or order number is required to process the exchange.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:

- Customized or personalized products
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- How to Initiate an Exchange:
